Legal Advice for a civil appeal I need to get my transcript made for an appeal that was approved but the court reporter refuses to do it and won't answer my attorney's calls or letter. I think he's dragging his feet also. I was told by an attorney that once I get my transcript made I'll be in a much better position, but the reporter and hence the court won't make it even though it was approved informa pauperis.
